Repeat clients had lived in private properties for years, the 60-something year-old owner decided to downgrade to public housing for ease and convenience. The 4-bedroom property was purchased to accommodate 6 adults of the same family. Atelier Design Studio was engaged to work on extensive renovations with a 6-month working schedule. The work comprised of partial re-roofing, installing a glass staircase railing, changing floor tiles – hacking and retiling of the whole apartment. Also the kitchen had to be revamped and fitted with new gadgets and amenities. Also in all 4 bedrooms, custom-built cabinets were put in. Likewise the foyer now has an unique curved ceiling at the main entrance with matching curved cabinetry for storage and display that faces the main entrance.
